Are you planning a holiday in the south of France? If you are looking for nature, relaxation, and wide-open spaces, the Montagne Noire is the perfect destination. With its hiking trails, swimming lakes, and Cathar castles, it is a true paradise. Our two holiday cottages, in the villages of Labastide Esparbaïrenque and Mas Cabardès which are about 4km apart, offer exceptionally well-equipped accommodation for two or three people. Pets are also welcome.

Character cottage in the Montagne Noire village of Labastide Esparbairenque. One bedroom, sleeps two. Pets welcome too.
The villages are served by mobile shops, and Mas Cabardès has a grocery store. In the neighboring village of Lastours, you will find a bakery and two restaurants: Auberge de Lastours and Le Puits du Trésor. In Roquefère, 2 km from Labastide and Mas Cabardès, you will find the restaurant Sire de Cabaret.
Our region is easily accessible by road: we are just half an hour north of Carcassonne, on the A61 motorway.
