This lovely self catering villa offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Clos du Quenin is just a ten minute stroll from the heart of the beautiful town of Vaison la Romaine, with its bustling market, pavement cafes, restaurants and shops.

The house is semi detached and has two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, living room with dining area and kitchen area. It is fully equipped for 4 people to self cater.

There is a private south facing garden, shady pergola, barbecue and garden furniture for the terrace.

The house is on a small gated development with a large shared swimming pool which has a smaller mini pool incorporated in to it for young children.

There is a view of Mont Ventoux and the stunning surrounding vineyards and countryside.

Vaison has many delights to offer including the extensive excavated Roman ruins and amphitheatre, ancient castle and old town, cathedral and churches.

In the immediate area you can explore the delightful perched villages, extensive wine caves, the towns of Orange, Avignon and Carpentras, and Mont Ventoux, with its views across the Alps and Provence area. In winter the ski resorts of the Hautes Alpes are a short drive away.
