This luxury cottage style mobile home is situated on a beautiful landscaped medium sized four star site, approximately 10 minutes walk from long sandy beaches.
The mobile home has a toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen and terrace and two bedrooms - 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 singles. There is also a settee in the lounge area which will double up as a single bed.
The site is small and very friendly and run by a French man and his English wife, (my sister in law).
It is just a 10 minute walk from a large sandy beach, and the site has superb facilities including a brand new pool complex which has been designed with families with young children in mind. There is a restaurant, snack bar with take-away service, shop, (with fresh bread every morning ), laundry, library and a lively bar and full entertainment programme.
As well as offering easy access to the nearby beach, the site is only a few kilometres away from the lakes of Salses and Leucate where various water activities are very popular.
For walking enthusiasts, the foothills of the Pyrenees are only a short drive away. Perpignan offers great shopping, sight seeing and the Old Town is a great place to dine with plenty of reasonably priced restaurants. Alternatively you may choose to have a day in Spain. The border is only a 40 minute journey away and Barcelona only 2 hours.
Ryanair have just announced very cheap flights from a number of UK airports to Girona, which is 50 minutes from the site.

There is an excellent restaurant on site.
The restaurant has regular themed evenings and also offers a takeaway facility. There are also numerous restaurants and bars in the village of Barcares, which is a 10 minute walk away.
A 10 minute walk to the white sand beach
The new pool complex is truly outstanding, but for those who prefer the beach, it is an easy walk from the site.
Perpignan and the pyrenees.
The beautiful city of Perpignan is a 20 minute journey by car or bus. Fantastic for shopping and eating, it also has a fascinating history. The foothills of the Pyrenees are about half an hour away and the Little Yellow train, with it's open carriages, will take you high into the mountains from Villefrance de Conflit. Barcelona is only 2 hours journey from the site and it is our favourite city in Europe.
